Fill out our online form or send an email with your property details, including any photos or documents that showcase the property’s condition.
We’ll review and send you a preliminary cash offer. This offer will be subject to further inspection and due diligence. If you’re satisfied with the offer, sign the purchase agreement. We can send this digitally for your convenience.
Once the contract is signed, we’ll arrange the closing process. You’ll receive your payment in cash, typically within a few days of closing.
